The Carousel Cupcakes: life is sweet.
Carly Guss, M4, has had cupcakes on the brain ever since she left her undergrad dorm and found a kitchen. Med student by day and pastry chef by night, for the past two years she has displayed the frosted foodstuffs on her blog, BaaBaaCupcake. These are no simple Betty Crockers; Guss combines exotic flavors (papaya, anyone?) with feats of sugary engineering (a carousel!) to make one-of-a-kind delights. She tells us that this pastime “allows her to combine her love of photography and baking.” Carly, if you ever need taste-testers, we could combine our love of looking at your cupcakes with the love of potentially eating them. Seriously, let us know.
That’s amazing! They look delicious 🙂
You still amaze me
at all the wonderous things you do.
Ms. Yale
come bring your sweet goodness to the CA Coast
where they will be better appreciated!
Miss you
